Brothers,
On behalf of the Board of Directors of the Housing Corporation, I am pleased to be able send you the first Pi Kappa Alpha Spartan Housing Corp Annual Report. The purpose of this report is to provide full transparency into the Housing Corporations history, operations, strengths and weaknesses.
Each of us, 680 Iota Iota alumni strong, are equal stakeholders in our Housing Corporation. Therefore we hope this Annual Report will be a first step in the long path towards creating a stronger bond between the Alumni Brethren and each of three legs of our fraternity; the Active Chapter, the Alumni Association and the Housing Corporation. Each have distinct goals, missions and needs from us all.
