The Memphis Leadership Meeting at the Peabody Hotel brought together three new Iota Iota to represent the chapter: John Baird-Gajdos (President), Louie Stevanovski (VP – Internal), Nick Nutting (Treasurer).

During the Memphis Leadership Meeting, the Iota Iota representatives also received, from Larry Eby (International President), the International Pike Workday Award—a distinction given to Pi Kappa Alpha chapters that demonstrate exceptional commitment during the fraternity’s annual International Work Day. The award honors chapters that excel in planning, participation, and impact as they complete improvement projects on their chapter houses. Categories range from alumni engagement to interior and exterior renovations, with the top honor going to chapters that deliver the most outstanding overall effort. Iota Iota was specifically recognized for the most total volunteer hours contributed.
This recognition underscores the value of strong volunteer turnout, coordinated leadership, and a shared commitment to maintaining and improving chapter facilities.
