The MSU Pi Kappa Alpha Iota Iota Alumni Association (“the Association,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides alumni and members with the ability to update their contact information through this website. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of that feature and outline your responsibilities when submitting updates.

2. Membership-Based Consent

By updating your information, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • When you joined Pi Kappa Alpha as an undergraduate member, you voluntarily provided your contact information (including phone number, email, and mailing address) and opted in to receive fraternity-related communications.

  • The Association is permitted to use that information—originally provided to the fraternity or subsequently updated by you—to contact you regarding alumni news, events, reunions, volunteer opportunities, historical projects (such as composite restoration), and organizational updates.

  • These communications are part of the normal operations of a nonprofit membership organization and are not considered marketing or solicitation.

  • You may opt out of non-essential communications at any time, but doing so may limit your ability to receive updates about alumni activities and events.

  • You are authorized to submit updates on that individual’s behalf.
